SYNC Design System

In 2018 I joined Extron and began work creating a design system of common components to be used across all products. Because Extron primarily makes enterprise software for professionals in the AV industry, the design aesthetic had to be clean, simple, and minimal, so that customers can quickly and easily make edits to hardware devices.

As the design system grew and matured, we worked on building out a dark theme as well. Extron also began releasing end user consumer facing software for some products, so we worked on reimagining a next iteration of SYNC that had more polish and finesse without taking away from the clean and minimal look and feel.
